Christmas 2024 FAQs

As the Christmas period fast approaches there will be some changes to how our shop and delivery service will operate.

 

Platters and Seafood Boxes:

From the 18th- 31st of December our Ready-to-Eat platters are not available for delivery, only pick-up.  If you’d like to order one of our platters or Seafood Boxes for pick-up, we do require a day’s notice.

Please note: We cannot change or substitute any items in our seafood boxes/platters at this time.

Due to the limited supply of seafood this year, full payment is required at time of order, partial payment or holds will not be accepted.

 

Christmas Delivery:

For home delivery, we will be delivering up until the  21st of December. The cut off to order for delivery is 11am on the 17th of December. 

 

Delivery is free on orders over $150 to Metro Melbourne, orders under this amount will incur a delivery fee of $30

Please note: Due to transportation issues, we are unable to deliver to do regional deliveries. Please contact us on 9335 5530 before ordering to ensure we deliver to your area.

 

Delivery Times:

Due to this period being extremely busy, you must be at home to accept your delivery as our drivers cannot wait due to their strict schedules during this period.

We also cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by a certain time on the day. To avoid disappointment, if you need your delivery at a certain time, we recommend that you place your order for a day or two prior.  Seafood will be vacuum sealed and will remain fresh for Christmas.

 

Collections from our Warehouse:

As orders are prepared on the day, our collection service times are strictly between 11am-2pm daily. Pick up is available until the 24th of December. For all pick up orders a days notice is required.

Please note: The cut off to order for pick up is 11am on the 20nd  of December.

For those that would like to come in person or those who have not placed orders, our Shop will be open until the 24th of December (trading hours TBC).
